Rita leads CMENT with a people first vision, prioritizing the objectives of those she and her team supports. She has more than 10 years of experience leading and contributing to cross-functional teams, using her project & proposal management expertise to focus teams on developing quality deliverables.

Phillip Caldwell, MBA, CFCM

Vice President

Phillip leads with a people growth vision, prioritizing and investing in the development of each individual on his team. Phillip is a federal acquisition SME with more than 10 Years' expertise in leading acquisition consultants in developing and implementing acquisition strategies that are FAR compliant and offer the best quality products and services for the client.
